Title: Garlic Mayonnaise

Instructions:

Garlic Mayonnaise

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 to 2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients. Use as a dip for artichokes or as a sandwich spread. This is also delicious on cold chicken or turkey sandwiches. You may omit the tomato paste, if desired.
