Instructions:

Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks: 4
Cashewnut paste: 3 tb
Groundnut paste: 2 tb
Raisin paste: 3 tb
Juice of an onion: 3 tb
Juice of a ginger: 2 tb
Juice of garlic: 1 tb
White oil: 1 cup
Salt: 1 ts
Nutmeg powder Of one nut
Mace paste: 1/2 ts
Essence: 1 drop
The Steps:
Preparation :
1) Wash the chicken and perforate it with a fork; so that the masala
is absorbed well.
2) Marinate the drumsticks in a mixture of all ingredients except the
nut paste, raisin paste, oil and essence.
3) Cover and keep aside.
4) Half an hour before serving, make deep slits on the chicken and
fill it with the rest of the pastes.
5) Deep-fry the drumsticks on a low flame.
6) The drumsticks can also be dipped in a batter of refined flour and
eggs and deep-fried, to be served as an accompaniment to tea.
