| RECIPE FOR PAKISTANI-MUTTON ROST |
Title: Pakistani-Mutton Rost Category: Pak-Grilled
Instructions:
Preparation time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
Mutton: ½ kg
Coconut milk: 1 cup
Pepper: 1 tb
Chilly powder: 1 tb
Required amount of salt
Small amount of turmeric powder
Ginger: 1 medium sized piece
Garlic: 6 cloves
Water
Ghee: 2 tb
The Steps:
Preparation :
1) Grinds the ginger, garlic and pepper well into a paste and add to
the mutton in a vessel.
2) Add coconut milk, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
3) Add some water so that it can boil into a gravy.
4) Now remove from stove.
5) Take a pan and add some ghee.
6) Remove meat pieces from the gravy, and put in the pan, roast and
keep separately in a dish.
7) After all the meat pieces are roasted, heat the gravy in the ghee
pan to add taste.
8) Now mix the gravy along with the roasted meat pieces.
