RECIPE FOR CHICKEN IN GREEN MASALA
Title: Chicken In Green Masala

Instructions:

Chicken in Green Masala

Cooking time : 30 minutes

Serves 6

Ingredients:
Chicken (Murgh) (cut into cubes) 1 kilogram
National Ginger Powder paste 1 tablespoon
National Garlic Powder paste 1 tablespoon
Yogurt (Dahee) 1 cup
Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) 10 count
Lemon (Neembu) juice 1/4 cup
Coriandar Leaves (Hara Dhania) chopped 3/4 cup
National Iodized Salt Iodized/Refined 1 teaspoon
National Black Pepper Powder powder 1/2 teaspoon
Oil (Tayl) 1 cup

Method:

1-Heat oil and add chicken pieces, National Iodized/ Refined Salt, ginger and garlic paste and yogurt.
2-Cook on low heat until water gets dried.
3-Make a paste of chopped coriander and green chillies and add it to the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes.
4-Now add black pepper and lemon juice and keep on low heat with the lid covered for 3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander and chopped green chillies.
