| RECIPE FOR CHICKEN KARAHI |
Title: Chicken Karahi Category: Curry
Instructions:
Chicken Karhai 2
Cooking time: As Required
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients :
chicken1kg,
onions 4-5,
tomatos5-6,
green chillies4-5
ginger, garlic paste2 tablespoon,
lemon 1large,
salt 1tea spoon,
red chilli powder1 tea spoon,
zeera 1/3tsp,
coriander powder 1table spoon,
turmeric powder1/2tsp,
cooking oil 1 cup
Method:
1-Cut tomatoes and onions into small slices and cut chillies into pieces.
2-Put all the ingredients except green chillies into a karahi, and cover it and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
3-Then check if chicken is tender then take the cover away increase little the heat of stove and start simmering the chicken with all ingredients , cook for about 15 minutes.
4-Then add green chillies and juice of a lemon and cook for 15 minutes more.
5-When all water dried and u see the karahi in beautiful look then take off from the stove.
5-Garnish with fresh coriander green chillies and grated ginger. serve hot with nan.
