| RECIPE FOR CHICKEN SHASHLICK II |

Chicken Shashlik

Ingredients :
1/2 Kg pieces of Chicken boneless cut
1/2 teaspoons of Salt
1/2 teaspoons of white peeper
1/2 teaspoons of Aginomoto
1/2 teaspoons of Mustard powder
1 Egg
4 tablespoon of Flour
2 tablespoon of Corn flour
3 tablespoon of Milk
1/2 teaspoons of Salt
1/2 teaspoons of Pepper
1/2 teaspoons of Aginomoto
1/2 teaspoons of Baking powder
5 tablespoon of Breadcrumbs
Method:
1-Combine all the ingredients and form a smooth batter.
2- Take the marinated chicken pieces and cover them liberally with the batter.
3-Now take shashlik sticks and start threading the pieces.
4-Roll the stick in fresh breadcrumbs.
5-Deep-fry these till golden brown. Serve hot.
