RECIPE FOR LEMON CHICKEN
Title: Lemon Chicken

Instructions:

Lemon Chicken

Cooking time : 30 Minutes

Serves 6

Ingredients:
8 piece chicken
1 egg white only
1 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic paste
8 tablespoon maida (white flour)
oil for frying
lemon sauce

Method:
1-Marinate chicken with egg white, salt, sugar&garlic paste for 10 minutes.
2-Dust the chicken with meda and fry the chicken in hot oil until tender & golden.
3-Keep these pieces warm & dip them in lemon sauce.
4-Lemon sauce can be prepare by putting 1/2 cup lemon juice ,1 cup chicken stock,2 1/2tsp sugar ,2tsp honey and 2 tbsp corn flour,2 tsp meda in pan and stirring on heat until thick.
